The Sri Lankan Alumni from Swinburne University of Technology gathered at a reunion cocktail at the Nawaloka College of Higher Studies (NCHS).
The event was hosted by the Director board of NCHS and provided an invaluable opportunity for alumni from various batches to meet, network and build connections.
The event was addressed by Dr.Alan Richardson. Dean, NCHS. Dr. Robertson appreciated the attendance of the attendees and spoke about the importance of networking. He explained that in the modern environment, networking can provide a foundation for successful relationships in business. The bond shared by the Swinburne alumni, provide common ground that enables fruitful networking that is the catalyst to long term success. He encouraged the alumni to network and help each other wherever possible, as per the ethos and culture of the university.
CEO of NCHS, Mr. Ramanan, spoke to the attendees and shared his personal experiences. The information shared was extremely inspirational and motivated the alumni to further career success, built on the foundation of quality education provided by Swinburne University.
The event was a refresher and provided the opportunity for alumni to reminisce on experiences shared while at university. Furthermore, the event created bonds between the alumni and the NCHS team.
